I've always liked the A-11 style watch because it represents a great history behind it, and for those of you who love the original one but can't afford the price and repairs like me, I highly recommend it. The size of the watch is in line with the current aesthetic and faithfully represents the soul of the A-11. I am very satisfied with this purchase and thank the people of this company for such a high-quality product.

You keep asking for a review, but the watch has yet to arrive. Very difficult to review something that has yet to exist. Perhaps you could send me my watch, or offer a "no star I am still waiting" catagory.

I have been looking for a watch as a graduate present for a dear friend. A watch that will reflect the time of deduction and effort put into his studies, into our friendship. After a long search the A-11 TOM RICE edition, was chosen due to the remarkable history, the esthetics, and given the fact it is assembled in the U.S., and donating 5% of the purchase to veterans, this where all aligned with our ideology and goodwill to donate back for the service, we as Israelis can relate to. My first contact with the company was two-month ago, to get your premium watch, the best specs you as a company can supply to the customer. The A-11 TOM RICE edition with Double dome Sapphire, Automatic Seiko NH35, leather strap and so on. I have waited for two months for it to arrive. Lots of excitement, expectation, time, and good money put into it. Unfortunately, great excitement leads to great disappointment. As the watch arrived, the case/box of the watch was the wrong one. The info inside was the wrong info! Imagine ordering the best product the company has to offer, and right away there is a mistake. These may seem like a minor matter, but it has great importance! Opening the box is the first introduction with the product, with the brand, it contains a great deal of enthusiasm. a mistake like this devastating for the first impression, for the beginning of the journey. How do you think it feels having a doubt about getting the right or wrong product after waiting so long and investing a fair amount of money and care into your premium product? I wish it was the end of it To verify it was the correct product we sent a video, and it was confirmed as the right automatic Seiko mechanism as ordered. Unfortunately, things didn't turn for the best but rather for the worst. The mechanism is making scratching sounds while the wrist is moving, no such sound should occur if it is a proper and well assembled automatic Seiko mechanism. Not only that, the watch after had been set for the right time, after only 3 days, had a deviation of an HOUR and a HALF!! you are proud to announce that the watch is being assembled in the U.S., but it is not U.S. quality. And of course, not military grade watches. It is a fiasco from A to Z. I have ordered a prime watch and got the worst money I can buy. And the climax of this whole charade is that I had to pay extra fees of 100$ for your mistakes, for this time consuming, energy draining, and money devouring experience.

Communication was fantastic and the watch did not disappoint. I like the clean dial and how close it resembles original A-11s from the 1940’s. Well done to Praesidus, I am looking forward to seeing what other homages they have in the pipeline.
