Ryan and Richard provided updated text regarding their estimated time of arrival. My puppy, Trae, was delivered on time in fact a little early. Trae received a dry bath before being placed in my arms. Thank you Richard and Ryan for a great experience and for sending me a copy of my first picture with Trae.

Beau and Chuck were actually early to the pick up location. They were very friendly and thorough.

Communication and reassurance of pet well being was terrific. I was worried about transport vs flight for our pup but he arrived calm, healthy and happy. Nice job.

We were really worried of how our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Grady) was going to travel from Indiana to Pinehurst, North Carolina. The company Puppy Spot hired Premier Pet Transport to move our new 2-month-old pet. The drivers, Ryan and Richard, alerted us to the arrival time, date and location. When the delivery day came, they kept us informed of their arrival time. They made 'good time' and arrived early on a clear, warm day. They took the time to make certain our new pet was happy, healthy, clean and 'bug' free. They made certain that we had the AKC papers, shot records and food. Our new pet was in high spirits. The drivers were very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend this company, Ryan, and Richard for pet transportation.
