Picking up our puppy was very easy. We just had to meet them in a parking lot about a half an hour from our house. Our delivery drivers were Ryan and Richard. I don’t remember who handed our puppy to us, but he was really nice and efficient. I think it was Ryan.

I've had my puppy for a week now and finally getting around to reviewing Premier Pet Transport. Whew, what an exciting week! I got an arrangement schedulef from PPT stating that I'd be receiving more information via text message a few days before delivery. I didn't. PPT had been given the wrong number by PuppySpot. Once that was taken care of, the service was great! Buck & Scotty took excellent care of my puppy. They get me apprised of delivery time changes (earlier) due to traffic, etc... He was the last in a long series of deliveries - but they saved the best for last. Wrangler arrived both healthy & safe, Thank you so much for the personalized service and taking care of my boy.
