This was a great experience, for first timers ! We got to pick up our puppy and everything went smoothly! The drivers Dallas and Titus were amazing and well organized as handing us what we needed and the puppy. Thank you we are excited to bring our new puppy home!

I received excellent service from this company from the beginning to the delivery of our puppy. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure we had all of our questions answered. They communicated frequently and clearly so I was continually aware of how they were proceeding. Dallas and Nathan delivered our puppy in excellent condition. He was clean and well-groomed and, as verified by our vet two days later, in excellent health. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and our two drivers. 5 Star Service!

The drivers were kind, courteous and genuinely care about the animals. They even shared a personal story about growing up with a pug. Very happy.

Nathan and Dallas brought my puppy Harper in great physical condition as well as earlier than expected. Excellent communication on estimation of arrival time. Harper was clean and healthy but tired. You would be too due to the travel time from East coast to west coast. They are a world class team of professional K9 transporters. I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much Nathan and Dallas, Happy Trails, Arnel
