Ryan and Titus kept my puppy happy
Ryan and Titus kept me well informed along the way on the day of the puppy arrival which was helpful so I was well prepared to leave when they told me they would be a bit early. Puppy was happy and energetic, clearly had a good experience with Titus and Ryan. They cleaned my puppy for me and gave me all the necessary paperwork. They also advised me when next to feed her, frequency of meals and appropriate amount. They were extremely pleasant and jovial. Very nice experience! I’m grateful the puppy had such great companions

Awesome Day
Clay and AJ were very friendly. They delivered Nova on time. Actually they made my day because they were going to be at house earlier than anticipated so they reached out to me and I asked if there was anyway they could be there at 1:15 instead of 12:00 so I could be there to great my baby and they made it happen. It was wonderful to be there to greet my baby! Thank you Clay and AJ for making my day!

I recently left a review regarding delivery of my shih tzu puppy from Indiana to Cypress, CA and I mentioned how impressed I was in every way but I neglected to mention the names of our delivery drivers. Our drivers names were: Buck and Justin and I would like to thank them once again and let them know how much there care was appreciated

We had a great experience with Premier…
We had a great experience with Premier Pet Transport ! Our Havanese puppy was delivered to us this week. Philip and Carla even arrived 15 minutes early for the scheduled drop off and you could tell that our puppy was happy and not stressed out over the transport. Great Job Philip and Carla !
