They arrived early, kept me posted. Very polite and courteous. Told me about " Sarge " and his trip here. Provided me packet of paperwork for Veterinarian. Handed me Sarge like you would with a big baby. It was a very emotional time for me with happy tears.

Ryan and Titus: The professionalism, the courtesy, and the personality all Matched the experience. They were super informative, they were personable, and even tracked down the picture from the last adoption of our new puppies brother. Ryan and Titus were respectful of my time. They contacted me to let me know they were getting close and then to let me know they would arrive early. Ryan took care in explaining paperwork and how my puppy was fed and pottied during the trip. Titus made sure the dog was fresh and clean for me to take home. They both were very much appreciated!

Nick and Beau were AWESOME! Super great guys! Very knowledgeable also! Didn't hurt that they delivered a very healthy German Shepard pup to me! They even knew he was playful! They cared about him and myself..... very happy!

Dallas and Nathan were just great. Their sensitivity and professionalism was remarkable. I highly recommend them for the highest praise. They were on time and everything went as well or better than we expected. After the long journey we thought the puppy would have an unpleasant odor but she smelled like she had been recently bathed. A little anxious at first, the puppy settled right down and is now comfortable in her forever home. Two thumbs up to the transporters and everyone involved.
