Great ecperience

Ryan and Titus were awesome! They arrived ahead of schedule with our new baby. The communication was so helpful and appreciated. My puppy was happy and you could see well taken care of on her trip. Thank you both so much.

Ryan and Titus were Great. On time and very kind. We could tell they enjoy their work. Joy'li was brushed and smelling good. She was healthy and happy. Enjoyed meeting them.

Richard & James were very professional They gave me his paper work including his vaccinations and actually showed up 2 hours earlier with our adorable puppy cowboy! Thank you for your service My kids are super happy 😊

Nathan T. and Clinton kept in touch the whole day of delivery, which was really helpful. They got here when they said they would, and they clearly cared for my puppy! He loved them. They were nice, helpful, kind and friendly — professional in every way. You have two good employees in Nathan T. and Clinton.

Ryan and Titus were amazing the entirety of this experience. Very easily responded to our travel day questions and was even earlier than expected! We are so happy with this experience

Ryan and Titus are Excellent at their job. Ryan brought paperwork while Titus was getting Luther ready. They were on top of everything and right on time. Puppy spot had given the wrong date for delivery but Premier was right on. Luther was delivered happy and smelling good! Excellent delivery service for our new pup!!

Clinton and Nathan were really amazing and kind in delivering our newest little bundle of love, Talullah. They arrived early, they were calming and helping for my anxious little family and they made it as smooth and simple of a process as possible. They were also just really nice people. Thanks so much, gentlemen!
