Ryan and Titus were awesome! They were here EXACTLY the time they said they would be! Ryan made me feel like I was a very special customer and he gave me my awesome puppy! Ryan was very professional and funny. I have enjoyed my entire experience with Puppyspot. Thank you so much :-)

Ryan and Titus were on time, courteous and very informative when delivering our golden retriever beau.

Other than the smell, they were early for delivery and explained the paperwork. They cleaned the dog up, but the smell was still there from a long trip from Ohio to Cali. We quickly washed the dog and all was well. I met Richard but not James (who cleaned the dog in the back). I was given a small sample of food and was in our way for this beautiful boxer to join our family of five with a big ass backyard.

Great communication throughout the entire process. Arrived a little ahead of schedule, called ahead to make sure that would work for us. Richard was very professional and James did a great job getting our puppy ready to hand off to us. I would definitely recommend this service

Richard and James and Premier Pet Transport were wonderful and took great care of our puppy when transporting him over to us. They were very communicative the day before and day of and led us know exactly when to expect their arrival time.

Just welcomed my baby Mimi home this morning! Ryan and Titus provided exceptional service. Ryan kept me updated on the transport status throughout. Titus handled Mimi's care while Ryan took care of the paperwork. Mimi arrived 1/2 hr before schedule, looking and smelling great. Premier Pet Transport team truly delivered - thanks for the top-notch experience Ryan & Titus!!

This company put me at ease knowing that my puppy would be cared for properly. Nathan T and Clinton were outstanding and extremely professional. They called me to say I could pick up my puppy the evening before, if I wanted to, instead of waiting for the scheduled time the next morning. Nathan T confirmed my ID and made sure he explained all the paperwork and how my puppy was handled for the long ride. My confidence was confirmed that I could not have asked for a better pet transport company. My puppy was not sick, was not overly stressed and adjusted seamlessly to my home. Thank you so much for all the care and love Nathan T and Clinton gave a long the trip💋🐕🐾
