No customer support. Requested callback. Got email saying that they tried reaching out to me, but there was no call at all, nor any missed call on my phone.

Great practice tests
Great practice tests, a bit lacking in prep material for Industrial and Systems. I passed the FE the first time after a month of prep, but I had to buy a prep book specifically for Industrial and Systems because the practice questions lacked context and didn't have additional sources beyond the reference material for me to look to. I couldn't have passed with just PPI, I had to also buy a book. That being said, the practice was excellent and got me ready for the real exam. It is a simulated test environment and it really felt like I was in the PPI class interface when I was in my exam.
