Control Find feature doesn't work
I've sent multiple emails to get this issue resolved and it's still not resolved. When I attempt the practice exam and upload the handbook with double screens side by side like the actual exam the control find feature does not work properly on the handbook pdf I upload to use with the practice exam and I've paid $3,000 for this course which ends January 31st. I am being cheated out of my money.

Need order tracking info
It was easy to order the books however there was no information on estimated date of delivery. I needed this information to determine when I can expect to start studying and to decide on when to schedule my test. After logging in to my PPI account there was no tracking information.
