Placed order for spare parts for my Power Smart mower and even though I listed the wrong part numbers their Customer Service promptly and efficiently identified the correct part numbers and professionally assisted through the ordering process. I want to emphasize this happened in the holidays season where most companies are closed or their skeleton crews move this type of situations to the time they normalize operations.

One star. Would not recommend! I purchased the PowerSmart 21 inch 212cc Single Stage Gas Snow Blower. It arrived over a week late and was missing multiple screws and knobs that are needed to tighten the snow shoot. After piecing it together with my own hardware, I turned it on and used it for less than 5 feet in very light, powdery snow on my driveway. Almost immediately, a plastic piece underneath near the blade broke off, making the machine unusable. I’ve attempted to contact PowerSmart customer support multiple times over the past 10 days via email and phone, but have received no response from a human, only automated messages. I am deeply frustrated, and there has been no customer support or resolution so far. Only purchase from PowerSmart if you are prepared for a major headache with no help from customer support.

I have a snow blower model DB7624e6O bought in Canada. The Auger axle broke after a few months. It was replaced under warranty. Next winter broke again. They don't sell parts in Canada. Don't buy this crap!
