There was a mistake with my order . A very small order under $15.00 , but , important shear bolts to save the gear box on my Snow blower. The size of the order did not matter to Power Smart staffer Nina in customer service. I sent pics of invoice with typo and parts I received . Nina promptly contacted me informing me that the warehouse would be notified and that I would be notified . Nina updated me that the warehouse would be reshipping my order correcting the mistake . The correct order was quickly delivered. I was very pleased with the quality of the Power Smart customer service.

I just received my second Powersmart lawnmower today, a replacement for my six year old mower that died recently after six years of trouble free service. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Easy set up and after adding the oil and fuel I mowed my lawn. I think it's a great machine and great value.

PowerSmart provided an excellent customer service and went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with a machine, and their team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem, and arranged a replacement, and kept communication clear.

I own an older PowerSmart 208cc snowblower. This is my second time ordering from PowerSmart website. The site is extremely useful in obtaining parts diagrams and thusly ordering the parts. The last order I needed to correspond with customer service. They responded with directions pertaining to an extra part I ordered that I didnt need to order. Over all I am able to keep my older snowblower running due to availability of parts. Great website, user friendly, and parts availability.
