The Power smart warranty on lawnmowers is a complete fraud and I'm notifying the Federal Trade Commission et al. My lawn mower completely disassembled itself after 18 months on a 2-year warranty. I had to pay to fix the machine in advance of any warranty payment. Power smart accused me of using the machine after it came apart violently and then having unauthorized repair work completed. No sane person would use a mower that erupted so violently and Powersmart was informed every step of the way regarding repairs. They are outright lying. DO NOT BUY their products. They manufacture defective products and their warranty is nothing but fraud.

disappointed with my experience. It has been three weeks and I still have not received my parts. I’ve contacted the company multiple times, and every time I call, I’m told the parts are being shipped “right away,” but nothing ever arrives and I’m left with no useful updates or tracking information. The company has been extremely difficult to get in contact with, and I’m tired of having to repeatedly chase them down just to get information about an order I’ve already paid for. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue me a refund. At this point, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. Three weeks with no parts, no reliable communication, and no refund is completely unacceptable.

i have a brand new generator blowing blue smoke and i cant get no help

Bought snowblower through Walmart in late spring of ‘25, February of ‘26 a weld on the handle broke. Called 800 number but never got an answer. Got Walmart involved a they got powersmart to contact me. It’s August now and I had to ask powersmart and finally after 6 months dozens of emails, two wrong handles they’re offering me a replacement, but there’s a catch. They want me to provide the box and ship it back to them. After putting a lot of my time, labor, and money on a machine that was under warranty I think I’ve done enough. I’ve countered their offer with send me the replacement and I’ll used that box. Now they’re telling me I was supposed to keep the original box.

I have a 2 year old electric mower and the plastic cross handle that contains the controls snapped. (A mower you now cant push or steer) After a wait of 30 minutes on hold and supplying the necessary part numbers, they tell me that don't make those parts anymore. I rented a mower for $300 bucks a year I guess. Horrible customer service and lack of parts support.

Trying to order a part for my V8721S self propelled mower and having a hard time finding. Tried online. Over the phone. Nothing. I highly not recommended this company. Cheap quantity. Must have so many complaints.

New power smart generator PS50 1000 watt won’t start and customer service never answers

Update 4/23- after contacting customer service as indicated in the response. I received a email back stating they’ve responded in a different platform avoid contacting through multiple sites. The response on the other platform was of course more stalling. Bought a PS10 chipper, box arrived missing several items. The box was crushed and had been opened and taped back shut. When contacting customer service to request assistance, I kept getting messages asking for the stock numbers. No matter how many times I provided the stock numbers they kept denying any support.. as all the users have noted, kept getting a runaround over and over again, which felt like a stall tactic. The customer service is now demanding I purchase replacement parts, provide proof of purchase, then they will decide how much they will reimburse me or I can send the item back for a partial refund.
