Great Products, Fast Shipping!
I've ordered here a couple of times - both great experiences! My lawn mower works just as it should and was simple to put together. Shipping was quick, and customer service sorted out a small delivery hiccup fast. I'm very happy!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be not to get a clear answer when you need one. Please allow us to clarify—PowerSmart 20V battery chargers are specifically designed for PowerSmart batteries and are not compatible with Black and Decker 20V batteries due to differences in design and voltage interface. If you ever have further questions or need assistance, we’re here and happy to help. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll be sure to use your feedback to improve our service.
