This company is garbage
This company is garbage. I ordered a lawnmower bag 1 week ago and it still hasnt even shipped. This is the saddest thing ive ever seen. Ive never had a business do something like this. Ive talked to 3 different support people through email and they said they would look into it. Apparently not. I cannot cancel the order because i cant get ahold of them. Id rather just buy a different brand of lawnmower.

Slight Delay in Shipping
I bought a lawn mower and the quality is great! It shipped out quickly, though there was a slight delay with the actual delivery. I called customer service, and they were super helpful in sorting it out.

They've got a great selection of tools
They've got a great selection of tools, and my new snow blower works like a charm! The packaging could have been a bit more secure, but everything arrived safe and sound, and I'm pleased with the product.

I lost my 20 v battery for my hedge…
I lost my 20 v battery for my hedge trimmer. I followed simple directions via email to order a new one. Power Smart returned my email promptly and I was successful in ordering my new battery. Thanks power smart!!!!!

My mower arrived on time and in perfect…
My mower arrived on time and in perfect condition! The only small thing was the oil - it was a bit short, but once I topped it off, the mower started right up and runs great. The quality seems solid.

PowerSmart USA 21" Lawn mower
Message: I ordered this item through aTEMU - seller called Power smart.com The order was for a 21" A Power Smart lawn mower. Power Smart shipped a 18" lawn mower.. I would like have this problem rectified.. 13th May 2025... I have sent in to Power Smart everything they asked for. A) Picture of the Lawn mowar that was delivered. B) The Order number. iT sent on on the 9th May and again on 12th May at 7am, They have now once followed up..It has NOT been used and is sitting in the Garage. What a way to run a company.. Just send me the 21" and I will box up the 18" and send back. I just returned from Ace Hardware lawn mower repair.. Power Smart sold a 17" lawn mower as a18". The blade on the mower they sent me is 17" It should have been ae 18" not 17".. 14TH mAY 2025,,, Power Smart has made no attempt to make contact as of today. I am shipping the lawn mower t back...
