The Roast I cooked was tender, however I might have cooked it on the wrong setting because it took about 3 hours to cook and I did not have any instructions with it.

I do like my cooker now that I have finally received it, but it took more than 2 months to get it. I did end up getting a warranty as an apology, but it was disappointing to have to wait so long for it. Was also promised a discount because of this and had to wait to receive the cooker before they would apply it.

I ordered this back at the beginning of April and just received this today. Ordering this no one told us it was out of stock. The same week it shipped I received a post card saying it was out of stock and send the post card back and they will cancel the order. Haven't even tried it but shocked it took this long to get it !!

Was not happy with experience I bought 2 I which (1) gave away as a gift Ours would not light up when plugged in the other one (gift) wouldn't light up but would heat up You had sent me a new replacement for the one but it will be returned I did return ours and didn't take a replacement Things should be checked out before shipped Was not a happy camper Judy

I enjoy using the power pressure cooker, however, I find that I am limited by the lack of recipes or guidance for certain foods. Perhaps a big cookbook would be nice, I would gladly pay for it.

I really like it I get out late from work. Last thing I want to do is cook, especially when I have to cook some something frozen.I love that I just push a button and leave .I have more time with my family and pets.

946MY cleaning lady by mistake throw out my manual on the use and care of my new pressure cooker and cook book so an wondering if you could send me a replacement. I am waiting to use the cooker. I have a smaller one that I really like and can't wait to use this new one I am willing to pay the fee if your could supple me with a new one.
