Works great look forward to cooking with it. Slow shipping I ordered in April and it finally arrived in July.

It took 2 months to receive the pressure cooker, due to apparent back order. Once I finally did it, the cookbook was very sparse, but did provide a few recipes to try. Luckily,I was able to find alot more information and recipes on line. I first made a roast with potatoes and carrots. It came out very tender in a short time. I also have made pork ribs, chicken and meatloaf. All were very good. I would recommend a pressure cooker to every mom. Its a lifesaver. The only suggestion is more recipes in the cookbook. Hopefully, the backorder for the machine is over. I was going to cancel the order, but I am glad that I waited for the delivery.

The powerpressurecooker was a great new too for our kitchen ! The cooker is made well and functions as easily as advertised. The only problem I can see is the cook books that came with the cooker are not always accurate with amounts of ingredients . Also not specific about the size and amount of jars needed for the canning process.Also , it does not come with a cooking rack to put your jars on while using the canning process. As an experienced cook I can adjust things easily and adapt ingredients when needed but it may be a problem for new cooks. Over all everything I have made in the cooker has been good and I am happy to have made this purchase.

I live at 6604 Northwest dr in Windsor Heights , IA. 50324. From now until next Oct.1st. so I have not received my cooker. If you deliver the cooker to the wrong address , you best send me another.

the power pressure cooker is the best thing in the kitchen we have been trying different things in there and loving everything I tell everyone about it and how wonderful it is I even give people the number if I were rich all my friends would own one simple as that it is the most versatile machine in my kitchen I cant wait to do some crab legs in it we love it.

Don't order one. Your better off going to your local Kitchen supply store or get one from HSN. Took forever to get by Fed X and the Vegitable Chopper you get with it is junk.

I have used the pressure cooker for several meals. I love to use it for cooking rice. The rice is perfectly cooked and very moist in a short period of time. I have cooked spare ribs and a pork roast to moist perfection. I wish I could find more recipes for using the pressure cooker for every day use.

Purchased to hopefully help provide healthy meal for a family with both parents working. WOW! WOW! WOW! Dropped a "just beginning to thaw" pot roast in and BOOM... perfect medium-rare dinner in no time. I am amazed and that is hard to do!
