Very easy to use. I love it!. My husband was very surprised because the beef pot roast that I cooked tasted so good. It was so tender and cooked perfectly. I am so happy with my order of the pressure cooker.

With working all day its nice to not have to worry about taking something out in the morning to defrost. A lot of times I don't know what I want for dinner in the morning so when I come home I can decide and in minutes instead of hours its done for my husband and I.

I was disappointed over all with the shipping experience, kept being told next week we'll next week turned into 2 months plus to get it. I do like the product . I still have to call in was told I wo old get a 20 dollar credit, I think it should be more but we will see.I could have bought from TV shopping show different brand but free shipping and had it in 5 days but I stuck it out . Product no complaints and customer service was nice every time I called.

It took so long to get....over 3 months and when I called they offered to give me a $50 gift card then hung up when they transferred me

Long shipping time. Finally came in but was missing the power cord. Called support and got one the next week.

Missing item, call but never receive missing item

this is one of the easyest things to use, just follow the directions and no problem. everything we have cooked in it has come out great. well worth the money..

I am not a happy camper with the Power Cooker Company. I have not had the opportunity to use the product as of yet due to the extensive time it took to arrive. Item was purchased mid April and did not received until after July 5th. When I called to cancel the purchase, I was informed that if I would reconsider canceling my order, I would be refunded the cost of shipping ($29.99). That did not happen and I am still awaiting my refund. I plan on using my Power Cooker this weekend and even if the product does all the was contended on the advertisement, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not very trustful.
