Did not receive cookbook, not happy, have called three times, you promised to send one and so far I have no cookbook.
It took two months to get the cooker. The cookbook did not come with it as stated. I have called three times and requested the cookbook. Each time I have been promised I would receive the cookbook within 5 to 7 days. To date I have not received a cookbook. It is difficult to use the cooker when I don't know how to prepare the food and how long to cook it. I am not pleased and at this point I would no recommend this product to anyone because of the poor customer service.

doesn't work like they show on tv
It is not the same machine that they show on TV that one cost more

Wonderful products, but took 3 and a half months to receive my order.
I wish that I could have gotten my product earlier than I did.

Saves time but dissapointed in customer service
I love how it cooks but it took forever to get a recipe book and still have not got the canning book. I had three conversations with customer service and still no canning book. No books whatsoever in original order. I spent a lot of money on this and expected what was advertised. Still don't have it.
