I ordered two power pressure cooker pros waited 2 months to get them. They advertise they ship out in a certain timeframe and yet 2 months later... These things come from Reno Nevada yet you talk to people who can hardly speak english. I wound not buy again or from them again after the experience I when through. I can't describe how disappointed I was with this whole experience.

I think I am being totally ripped off!
I saw this electric pressure cooker on TV that sounded so much more convenient and safer than the old fashioned kind and they had all these other specials with the purchase. I thought it would be so helpful to me since I work full time plus commute. So I ordered it and was supposed to also get a canning guide, some recipe books, and a chopper. I did get a rebate and a $50 gift card to WalMart but that is where the joy ends and the frustration begins. I ordered the pressure cooker in April, while I was on my vacation. And I paid for it immediately with my credit card. When it finally came, I was disappointed to find that the box did not include any operating directions or manual! I have not been able to use it at all since I did not want to misuse it. I assumed the directions, the canning guide, the recipe books and the chopper would follow shortly. However, no such luck - today is July 17, 2014, 4 months later than ordered and received and I keep getting told those items will arrive in 7 to 10 days. I have called 4 times! Finally I wrote an e-mail to the company by replying to their invoice and I copied it and the invoice to the Colorado Attorney General, Office of consumer affairs. The thanked me for the information and will watch for more complaints. They also suggested I write the Connecticut Attorney General, Office of consume affairs since that is the state the company in which the company is located. So I did. I called again and was told I could find directions on line and that the other items were coming soon. I just want you my friends, relatives, colleagues, fellow church members and Colorado citizens to know about this company so that you can avoid the rip off that I have gotten. And might I suggest you follow my new policy - NEVER buy anything that you see advertised on TV.

It took almost 3 months for my pressure cooker to show up after I placed my order.
Their customer service really stinks and can't offer any reasons why it took so long to send me my pot!

Great unbelievable!!!!
We bought two of the on for me and one for my son. We both love it we have 3 jobs and can leave good cooking and don't have to worry about it. My din works late and puts something to cook showers and supper ready. No regrets at all it is exactly what they show you

Love the Power Pressure Cooker!
The Power Pressure Cooker is great for quick and easy canning. Makes canning easier when you work full time and can come home and can 4 jars in 15-20 minutes. Pressure releases quickly allowing for more canning.

Nothing spectacular
Very disappointed with the power pressure cooker. It took over 3 months to get delivered. When I finally received it I was excited to try some of the things I saw on the infomercial . Guess what that recipe book that was included was small and didn't share any of the things I wanted to try. It pretty much works the exact same way a normal pressure cooker does but costs twice as much. Big thumbs down

disappointed
There was no cook book in the box which says on the box that one is enclosed. I called the company to get one and it still has not come, A book would be nice , so that we know how to use the pressure cooker. After pressing the person on the phone for a book, I just felt one wouldn't be coming.
