Great for larger families but using a pressure cooker for two older folks just doesn't fit the cooking style to make it worth using for small meals.

It came with a recipe book but not many recipes in there. I try to find recipes on line when I have the time to search.

I ordered the power pressure XL but they took the liberty of sending me the power pressure pro. It took me 3 phone calls to get my money returned. They told me they were out of what I wanted and I should wait a few weeks and reorder. I reordered and after 4 weeks had still not received my order. I was not sure that they wouldn't send me the wrong one again so I canceled my order.

I am very unhappy with how you have handled order. My order was delayed approximately 3 months. The first communication I had was the item was on back order and if I wished to cancel order to mail card back to you indicating a cancel of order, which I returned.The second communication was still on back order and If you did not hear from me within 30days the order would be cancelled. I did not return it because I wanted the order cancelled per your instructions. Next I received an email saying the order had been shipped. I then called your customer service and relayed the above information. I was told you could do nothing about it because the order had been shipped and when it was delivered to refuse it and take back to the post office to be returned and I would receive a refund. I have refused the order and the item is still being charged to my discover card. I do expect a credit to be given and if not will dispute the charge with Discover. I will not order again from your company. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We love the powerpressure and use it alot but.....we did NOT get The Quick Start Guide that was supposed to be supplied with this unit, that provides step-by-step instructions, as stated on page 7. (bottom, under digital control panel overview). I called and told them, the young man said he'd send one, that was 6 months ago.....Hello!! I'd sure like to see what I missed....soooo can you take of it?

Not as impressed as I thought I was after watching the infomercial. I'm actually thinking about returning this item. The instruction are minimal. Not sure it's worth the money.

I have had the power pressure cooker for several weeks now and I have made macaroni and cheese numerous times and it comes out great and goes together quick. I found a recipe on the Internet for Chile Colorado Beef and it was the most tender meat I have ever had. I wish more recipes came with the unit. I also received a different model than what was advertised. I wanted the model that had the different rice settings and had a setting for beans, too. I do like my cooker, though. It cooks fast and cleans up easily.

This cooker is awesome.....I have used it to make all sorts of jellies. I can steam fresh veggies over the meat and rice that the family wants. So very easy to use and clean up afterwards.
