PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

All my dealings with Power Max have been excellent. From the very first moment when you make a call you get a live person, all questions are answered patiently, all concerns are addressed and you feel the company will do all they can to meet your needs. The items are sent out quickly with all information relating to the delivery emailed to purchaser. I particularly am impressed with the personal relationship that develops, so that you can always be in touch with the same salesperson. I want to commend Michelle Ryther for the care she took in meeting my needs.

I appreciate their web page and during my last 2 purchases they have been very helpful. Also, when we couldn't access their web page recently they were very helpful in checking out the problem which was fixed.

What's not to like... free shipping, no tax and great customer service! They always been very helpful and I've referred them to several folks!

I have purchased 3 iPads over the years from Powermax, great service every time

My Customer Service Representative Honor Arnold was very knowledgable about the product and did an amazing job of helping understand the different options available to me. She provided great support and made me comfortable with my purchase

1. I enjoy buying from you and will again. 2. I will refer others to you. 3. The people I dealt with (via e-mail and phone) are terrific people. Most of my contact was with Gary. 4. You set and met expectations. 5. You would be well served if you: Improved the amount of time to review the trade-in items. It takes too long in today's world. Ditto for the amount of time from acceptance of the trade-in items to when the credit is processed against a credit card.

Excellent product. Item is as listed. Prompt shipping.

Service is lost on most stores. but not at PowerMax who I suggest to all as a replacement for other online stores including Apple.
