I started dealing with PowerMax in 2006 and have never bought another Apple product from anyone else. Customer service and the sales staff are top notch. They are never too busy to answer your questions and are well trained in all the devices. When you trade in an Apple product, they always give you top dollar for your device. I have yet to be disappointed.Plus, I love their bigfoot logo.

I have made two online purchases from Powermax. I have been very satisfied with both of my Powermax purchases. Both purchases were made online, the products were just as described and arrived on time.

I can't remember exactly how many Macs and iPads I have purchased; it has got to be over 6 so far. I have been doing business with them for probably a decade. I just bought a custom build to order iMac 27 with upgraded RAM and 3Tb Fusion Drive. Each order has been easy to place by phone or online. Delivered w/o damage or delay and ready to run out of the carton. My advice is to also buy the AppleCare at the same time. The web site is easy to navigate and use. I have only bought new items. PowerMax did buy one of my used laptops at a fair price as part of one of my new purchases, While the pricing at PowerMax is usually a few dollars less than Apple's List, the big savings comes from paying no sales tax. I saved on the 27" iMac mentioned above about $200. Plus they ship for free and quickly by UPS. I recommend PowerMax to anyone of my friends who are looking for a new or used Apple Products.

I had a great experience with my purchase. Being nervouse about buying online from an unknown I checked them out. Recommended by a friend and passing my research online of their reputation, I finally called. The sales person was friendly and most helpful. And, I had never received an item as quickly as I did my iPad.

We were looking for the iPad Air for our son and are military, but the base didn't have these available yet. So we found Powermaxx online and ordered his new iPad(after much research). Michelle was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them
