I found exactly what I needed at a great price. Also received a discount for my first order which helped me in the extra cost for expediting my shipping. I was in a hurry! Company has very good communication too.

PowerMax is great. I would recommend them to everyone. Before buying I asked a few questions and they are extremely knowledgable about computers. The computer I ordered was perfect. It arrived almost immediately at my house. I will buy all my future computers from them. The price is great, and most importantly, you know you are going to get a good machine.

I have bought desk tops lap tops ITouches Ipads and never any problems. Almost al buys were used at substantial saving yet thier customer service is A-1. They don't believe in answering machines. You call, a real person answers on the third ring. They don't transfer you anywhere. they help you. It's a shame that this so unusual. Someday others will learn what real customer service is. I bought a used Mini in December and it rolled over and died in February. It was in PowerMax's 90 warranty, so I contacted Michelle, chatted with her about a better used Mini, and she took care of me quickly and professionally, handling the return of the dead Mini and the UPSing of the newer Mini. Everything went very smoothly. Mini arrived faster than I thought it would - that was cool. There was a small packaging problem (the Mini works fine) and I emailed Michelle to let her know about it. She passed the word, the supervisors handled the situation so that things would be done properly, and I got a very nice email from one of the higher-ups thanking me for explaining the packaging and letting me know that folks had been retrained. Michelle has handled me as a customer several times over the past few years. I've always been impressed with her product knowledge and her ease of dealing with me as the company's customer. Bravo Zulu Michelle and PowerMax!

I recently ordered a new iMAC from Powermax. First of all, it was super easy to order. The process was clear and concise. I had a few questions about which model was right for me- Heidi helped me select just the right one. I placed the order and the machine arrived earlier than I expected. The services was prompt, accurate and the packaging was excellent. I highlight recommend Powermax to anyone considering buying an apple product!

This was my first interaction with PowerMax.com and I am very satisfied. I purchased a used Apple and what I got looks like new, works fine and exceeded my expectation. Kevin at PowerMax even called me before shipping to make sure I was getting what I expected. The computer looks like new (It's an older model) works fine and does everything I need. The price was in my range and I believe it was a very good deal given the look and performance of the computer. I will return to PowerMax.com for my next technical acquisition. By the way, I have been in the computer business for over 45 years.

I had an excellent experience with Powermax. Michelle pointed me to the right computer for my needs and kept me within my budget. I purchased the Mac Mini with SSD drive. I recommend the SSD drive; the computer is almost silent and it is fast. I would have purchased another product but Michelle pointed me to the right one: Glad she did!
