Between my husband and me, we've bought about a dozen Apple products from PowerMax. We couldn't be happier. I'd give them TEN stars if I could! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and patient (way to go, Joe!). Never has buying a computer or iPad been this easy, and the trade-in is a godsend! I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if it takes a day or two longer than going out today to the Apple Store! PowerMax is simply the only way to go! Really!!

Powermax is the first place I think of when buying a Mac or other Apple product. In addition to personal service and fast free shipping their trade-in scheme is great - and "green"!

I bought a MacBook Air for my daughters 16th birthday. I got the best price and I received it on time.

The whole process went smoothly, well orchestrated and product I received was in great condition. It would enhance the customer experience if you could provide images of the specific unit being purchased as many E-bay sellers due with their used merchandise. This allows the customer to see any cosmetic issues. Turn around time for purchase of the customers trade in unit and funding back to the customer seems rather lengthy at this point ( 4-5 weeks )

I've been buying from them for years, at first because there's no sales tax in OR but now I've gotten used to their great customer service and it's hard to deal with other sellers that don't share their professionalism and attention to detail. Whenever I had availability or shipping issues they were always eager to help, even if it meant bending their rules a bit. Great outfit.

I've now purchased two used Mac Pros from Powermax. The first one was about 4 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly. It's a 2006 MacPro 1,1 and it's just time now for me to upgrade. I just got a MacPro 4,1 2009 at a great price form Powermax. Shipping was fast and the machine is working great. Knowing that I've got a 90 day warranty and the company stands behind what they sell is why I'd pay a little more to get something from them compared to a machine off of eBay. With Powermax you know exactly what you're purchasing, and if there's any problem, they will handle it.
