I needed an iPad that could be upgraded but didn't want to pay the new price. Powermax was mentioned on a forum page, so I decided to check it out and I'm very happy I did. I have received an iPad 3 with 32gb of memory, in perfect condition, and sending in my iPad 1 with 16gb for trade-in. Service has been flawless; quick and easy. I feel as if I have a brand new pad and would recommend this business to anyone.

I ordered a mini mac from Powermax that had a five to ten day delivery date. Much to my surprise, the mini mac arrived on the second day after the order was placed. This is excellent service. Where else can you get such quick and reliable attention. I wound not hesitate to recommend Powermax to anyone looking for new/used computers for their best service and delivery. I've been going to Powermax for years after a friend recommended us to them. They have excellent customer service (polite and quick to respond) and I love how they offer alternatives or suggestions based on what you need. The trade-ins are spot on and of course not having to pay sales tax is a bonus. There are other options out there such as Gazelle but if you have a custom built device, it won't work since they tend to quote the standard models. I'm a power user so Powermax is perfect for me and my husband. Thanks Powermax for going the extra mile for us over the years.

PowerMax is generally a pretty great place to get a Mac. For non-CTO notebooks, they are $20 off retail price and also have no sales tax, which is pretty sweet when a notebook already costs a good chunk of change. This was my second experience with PowerMax and also my second experience with their trade-in program. Just like the first time I traded-in, I received the full value quoted to me when I bought my new machine (I was honest about its condition). While I am probably sure that I could have squeezed a little more out of my old machine through eBay, Craigslist, etc. it wouldn't have been that much and certainly would have been much more of a hassle. The only thing that would make PowerMax the absolute, without-a-doubt, no-need to shop around place to get a Mac would be if they could've been able to match some of the slightly lower prices you can find for new machines elsewhere on the Internet.

I just recently upgraded my Mac mini. At first I was going to trade in my older model. (I later decided to give it to a friend,) Power Max was the store who offerer me the most for my mini. Once I accepted the offer, Honer, the sales rep. was with me every step of the way, without being to aggressive. Just supportive. And didn't even get mad when I had decided to give my old mac to my friend. And now the best part! When I decided on the Mac mini model I wanted .he service was awesome! Not only did I get $10 off the retail price, but I also got free shipping and no sales tax. My order was shipped out that very day and I received it within 2 business days. I will definitely be doing a lot of my future purchases with Power Max!

I have been using this company for over 8 years. There is no better customer support, warranty, or just plain honest service company I have found. I have recommended it many times over and have had no complaints. They are not just a company who wants your trade-ins, wants to sell you a product, or wants your email to sell to the highest bidder. PowerMax is a company that wants you to buy the right computer to suit your needs, wants you to love the computer you buy, and honestly wants you to call them if you need help. I don't write reviews often, but this company deserves the word to be out there in any fashion possible-an honest company is hard to find-and these folks wrote the book!
