I have been purchasing Macs from Powermax for over 10 years. The staff are great and are always friendly and helpful.

They are knowledgeable, prompt, tax-free and great to work with. I love their trade-in program! Their offers are more than fair. I have never had a lick of trouble, and I can keep up-to-date on the latest Apple products. Highly recommended!

My techie friend told me about PowerMax when I was saying that I needed a new iPod. She had gotten her iPad from PowerMax and told me how great they were. So I called and got an estimate for my old iPod and then ordered my new one (I had checked other sites and PowerMax had the lowest price). Received the new one, transferred everything to it, reset the old one and sent it back. The whole process was great, the reps were so helpful and I know that I will definitely purchase again in the future.

I ordered a iMac on Dec 8th and received it on 12Th it showed up DOA (dead on arrival). Also the foot was bent so the monitor is hanging on it. Michelle at Powermax said I have to pay to send back and 10% restocking. Powermax said on return policy that they do a bench test. WATCH OUT! Why were neither of my issues not found on their bench test? Michelle said we would have to buy a new computer to get here on time for Christmas. Thank you Powermax Merry Christmas! Now we have nothing to give our daughter. It looks like Powermax does this all the time they expect that people will buy two computers because we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. That is why that an additional 10% is added. That has to add up to a lot of money for their bottom line in our economy.

We have been trading in and buying new equipment with Powermac for over eight years. Heidi and her colleagues have always provided the highest level of professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness you could imagine. Thank you all for your excellent service.
