In these day's there allot of places to buy stuff via the web, so I guess I was lucky to find PowerMax and I'm glad I did. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Sure I could have bought a New computer direct from Apple but then what would I do with my old one, maybe sell it thru eBay or on Craigslist but that takes a while. Instead I dealt with PowerMax's trade-in service, I bought a New i5 mac mini for a Great price and got moneys back for my old one, all in a timely manner and they are there to help you thru the entire sale, unlike some places you buy from where ones you buy you never hear from them again. If your not Buying from PowerMax then your waisting your time and money.....

A few weeks back I placed an order on a refurbished iPad (Fourth Gen) at a great deal. Greg sent me an apologetic email stating the deal had just been taken moments before my order and he was very sorry but the website hadn't had time to update the sale, therefore my order wasn't available. Greg offered to guarantee my deal on the next identical deal to come through. As days and weeks passed I finally found a good deal on an iPad Air, placed the order and Greg immediately reached out to me to offer a better capable iPad Air for the same deal, reminding me he had promised to "Take Care of Me" with the next order. Then, to meet my holiday travel schedule he made sure I had it in my hands before my departure. This is a great company, I bought a refurbished 13" Macbook Pro back in 2011 for my Grad degree work, I completed that degree and still use the laptop every day at least 3 hours a day with no issues. Though its getting slower now, I could not have expected such quality and durability from a refurbished product. Speaks to Apples quality and the quality of the products PowerMax sells. I'm a solid life customer.

Last year when I went to a gig with my Roland RD700NX it got dropped whilst going up to the stage and I decided it was then past time to get me a decent carry bag for it. I shop allot via the web and not very often do you find a company as honest and eager to please as PowerMax. There prices are great but there customer care is off the hook, meaning: they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I can't praise these guy enough. If your not shopping at PowerMax then your waisting your time and money.

I had a problem with first battery which was solved by exchanging the unit. Very smooth process. The replacement is working great. Would use this company and product again!
