PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

The Power Max people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the details of their products and the ability to use the used Verizon iPhones for the Tracfone BYOP program. After consulting with two separate agents, I had the confidence ego go ahead and purchase. They were totally correct and it has worked out great! They phones shipped immediately and arrived relatively fast, even though I used the slowest and cheapest shipping available. The phones were in perfect condition , with no damage at all and so far are working perfectly. Very happy with the company and would (and have ) recommended them to others.

Most online companies have very little contact with the customer after the order is placed. Michelle (at Powermax) was a whole new experience. She initiated contact with me to be sure all was going well with my order. We communicated back and forth several times. I had no doubt I could call on her at any time during the transaction should I need to. Very good experience all around.

I had been a HP windows person for the last 30 years, but didn't like windows 8.1. My wife & son use Mac's and suggested I try one which I did. It looked great when I took it out of the box, all the parts were there. But I didn't see any instructions on what was what, couldn't find the power button hidden on the back side. All the other ports were also on back and hard to read or hook up if you can't see them, this is a big piece of equipment trying to turn around and over to read what was what. It took me 4 days to discover that I had a DVD drive built in to the computer and also the digital memory card slot. I called your company and spoke with Gary Mead who was our agent, he was a great help, he stayed with me until I got all of my questions answered. Give him a special thanks from me. You need to supply a diagram of the computer that would show where and what buttons were on the machine. So far the computer has been working great, it may take me a little time to get use to the Mac, but I'm going to give it my best effort. Thanks, Dean M. Sweetwood 386-615-0913

Excellent service over the holidays, when I needed it most. Thanks, Powermax!

PowerMax is a great resource for buying a computer. You can talk to the same person. I've worked with the same sales person for around 10 years and three computers. She can help guide me and sent me an article that helped in my decision making about laptop versus desktop. I think there prices are good and with the free shipping/no tax. They also have refurbished which have worked great for me.

Trustworthy, polite, easy to access and communicate, knowledgable, caring. I can't think of anything that could have made my shopping experience better.

In a sea of rotten ones.

The PowerMax website implies that they ONLY offer the pre-configured systems. I had to call them to find out that we could order ANY system configuration available from Apple. I almost went to Apple directly to get what I wanted. But I made the call to PowerMax and glad I did. I saved a fortune! And the service was outstanding even during the holidays!
