PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

First-time customer. Ordered a custom 27" iMac--product was delivered in the promised time frame with excellent customer service. Very good experience for me--I also really appreciate their sense of humor!

I purchased a first generation refurbished iPad, after a short time it began to have problems. I contacted PowerMax and they were quite helpful in returning the iPad, but also helped me find another iPad within their stock that met my needs. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive and friendly, all one could ask for.

I had a wonderful buying experience with PowerMax. I spent lots of time doing research and looking online but had some questions that I needed to run by a human before whipping out a credit card. I had the pleasure of talking with Joe Iman. He was smart, patient, thorough and professional - all things you don’t get from a call center. We had one minor miscommunication (I did not clearly articulate all the requirements for my purchase) that resulted in an incorrect order. I caught it, sent an email to Joe and he fixed it within minutes. The LaCie Porsche Design USB Key arrived within days and the MacBook Air arrived in under a week. The handy set up instructions were easy to follow and I was up and running in no time. I have already recommended Powermax to several friends and will definitely shop here again.

I ordered an unblocked, reconditioned iPhone5. My initial and subsequent contact person was Schellene Clendenin. I cannot say enough to thank her for the efforts and guidance and follow through. The unit was as promised, dealing with Schellene and the company was a pleasure, and if I have need of future electronics I will return to Powermax.

I ordered a used iPad Mini 1 with Verizon Wireless from PowerMax. It arrived quickly from Oregon to California. The unit has no blemishes and works well. It is too costly for me to consider a new Apple product these days, and I got an excellent used product from PowerMax, at a very nice price. I wrote to PowerMax to say thank you, and Heidi personally replied to thank me as well.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH POWER MAX HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF FANTASTIC. THE STAFF HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I HAVE ORDERED A NUMBER OF THINGS FROM THEM OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO FOR AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. FROM THE LOOK OF THINGS THIS WILL BE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. Received a fair trade in value for my old mac book pro which I used to get a new macbook air! The customer service team was awesome and the product arrived quickly plus NO SALES TAX! I highly recommend the Powermax team to anyone looking to purchase any apple product whether trading in or not. But why not trade your old computer in for an upgrade? Thanks Powermax, looking forward to doing business with you again soon!

I have nothing but good things to say about PowerMax. I traded in my old Mac computers to be able to get a newer iMac. Michelle Ryther took care of me from start to finish like I was a family member. She worked with me every inch of the way and whenever I needed any info as to how the trade-in was going she always got back to me the same day. Never once did I feel left out of the loop as far as anything going on. She was so easy to work with. I wish every customer service person would be as helpful as she was. A small problem came up but she afforded me a solution to the problem that I was very satisfied with and it all worked out for the better for both of us. I cannot say enough good things for the entire staff at PowerMax. I got a really fair trade in price and my new 27inch 5K iMac cost me a couple of hundred dollars when it was all done. You cannot beat that as far as I am concerned. I would definitely recommend PowerMax for used or new Mac equipment. Good prices and excellent customer service. A rarity to say the least. Thank you all for a job well done.
