PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Great Service and very responsive! Got a new iMac in 2 days! Amazing! Prices are great and no sales tax! Thanks Joe and Heidi!

Have purchased several Macs from Powermax over the years. Always a good experience.Unfortunately the last one (MacBook Air) arrived somewhat pretzeled by a rogue elephant in the UPS truck! Went through the UPS claim process and a new Air is on its way to me! Whole episode was only 9 days from delivery of bent laptop to shipping of replacement. I can live with that. And the support from the Powermax folks was A1 all the way!!

Two wrist rests came in 2 different large boxes that seemed strange and wasteful. The third small item was either never packed or was buried in the packing paper. Whatever the case might be, I dont have it :-(

Great help, great service, timely too. Mary Walsh

We have bought products, for both personal and business use, from PowerMax for years with complete satisfaction and confidence. Most of all, Joe Iman is just the very best when it comes customer service. You really can not ask for better product knowledge and service!!!!! Thank you PowerMax!!! Debra/Washington, DC

Ordered a used Mac Mini for a very specific application. Powermax customer service called after the order was placed to make certain I had ordered the proper product. I have heard from others that Powermax is one of the country's most reputable Apple new and used resellers. Other World Computing is also another on that list but their selection is never as comprehensive as Powermax and they do not sell new computers. I bring them up only in that they too are reputable and stand behind their products. There are MANY who do not. I will buy again from Powermax.

Needed to replace my I Phone which had been stolen. Site was easy to navigate. Called customer service with questions. Schellene was most helpful, addressed all of my concerns and got back to me promptly. Told me the phone is was interested in was in excellent condition and compatible with my current phone service. Received product in two days. All was as promised. Phone is perfect for my needs and functioning perfectly. I would not hesitate to go with Powermax in the future.

If anyone at PoweMax tells you the sun is going down, you can put your pajamas on! They are Mac Minded and know their Apples! Michelle has spoiled me to say the least. I'm now addicted to PowerMax for any and all Macintosh needs.
