Terrible TERRIBLE company!!! Go elsewhere!! They will take MONTHS to ship your order, then not ship you everything you ordered!! Worst part of all is they do not answer their phone or return their emails!! And the mailbox we did receive have sharp metal edges. Seriously…go elsewhere!

Ordered May 1. Over two months later, I still don’t have my full order, just the post. Communication is poor. I was told two weeks ago the rest would ship within the week, and then silence. The most frustrating part? Constant marketing emails while they still haven’t delivered products already sold. Very disappointing experience. Considering just making a chargeback with my credit card at this point.

I ordered my mailbox on May 27th after it was unfortunately hit by a car. When I placed my order, there was no mention of extended ship times. My order has been in "pre-transit" since June 11th (FedEx does not have the package) and I haven't received any updates yet. I've now been without a mailbox for 5 weeks. I've requested to cancel my order multiple times without any response from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

My complaint is similiar to other reviews on this site . I ordered the Malone Mailbox back in May. They shipped the post only, and I have still not received the mailbox. I was misled by a few emails that the delay was due to the magnetic numbers. Recently I received an email saying the box was on backorder. I get the same canned email response and no one answers the customer service line. I asked for an RMA to return the post and refund my money , no response. I have disputed the charge with my bank card company .

I recieved my over $300 mailbox in May and it took over a month to receive it. The flag for the mailbox is missing. I reached out on P&P website via bot( No Humans) and I was told its too late to fix the situation. Finally have the mailbox installed and after a week it rusted out. P &P Total scam stay away from this company.

I placed my order on April 26. I received the post in like three days, but none of the rest of my order. I emailed customer service several times and received responses indicating a delay, and each time was told 1-3 weeks. However, still now no indication of any potential shipping date. The last email from them was received on May 22. I have sent follow ups on June 9, 13 and 19 and the company is no longer responding. They charged me in full on April 26. I will now most likely have to see how to dispute the charge or report fraud. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

I placed an order for an 'in stock' item and was promised it would ship within a week. Six weeks later, it had not. I complained and my order magically shipped the next day. The mailbox I received was smashed so badly the door would barely open. It was very well packed and there was no damage to the shipping box, so it was clear they still didn't have any stock and deliberately sent me a damaged item, hoping I wouldn't complain. I sent it back for a refund, but now they've ghosted me and it looks like I will need to file a chargeback with my bank.

I ordered from here over a month ago. Nothing but delays, excuses and now defective and missing product. I’ve reached out to them via email atleast 10 times - just generic AI written responses. Took about a month to get my order when site says ships in 7-10 days. I ordered a mailbox, post and numbers. I didn’t receive my numbers and the post I got is broken and defective. I submit a claim on their site over a week ago, no response. I emailed them and messaged on Facebook over 10 times. Only response I get is “we’re a small family company blah blah”. You took my money, short shipped me product and sent defective product. I’ve boughten from atleast 500 e-commerce brands in my lifetime - this is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unethical and shady. This is nothing more than a scam in my opinion. They should not be allowed to sell on Shopify platform anymore
