A Different Outcome
My experience started off as some of the 1-star reviews did. I placed an order on 8/18/2026 for the Malone Color Series. Blue, wood door, large, white post, x4 brass Wasatch numbers. I received FedEx tracking information on 8/25. The post appeared with no mailbox. Calling the listed number gets you to a voicemail that does not work. Emailed them, no response. Messaged them on Facebook and got a response same day. The rep said when I ordered the blue mailbox, it should have shown it was on delay. It did not, nor was that relayed to me. While I was waiting on that messenger response, I found another number listed for them on Google. It was Sam, the owner/founder's brother. He answered the phone first call and immediately offered a solution. He is what turned a 1-star review into a 5-star review. He got my order shipped that day. He has also helped me with some post-delivery/follow up accessory order. It's a shame not everyone's experience has been smooth. The mailbox itself is of great quality. Install was very simple. My 3-year old daughter dumping my drill bits out was the longest part of the process. Now we have the most beautiful mailbox in the neighborhood and I have saved Sam's number for future outdoor projects.
