The purse itself looks great & seems...
The purse itself looks great & seems sturdy enough... but I cannot, for the life of me, get the spout off of the insulated pouch to save my life! I’ve emailed customer service & tweeted .... still nothing from anyone willing to help. I’ve YouTubed all of the “how to” videos and none of those ladies seem to have any trouble. So here I am .... with a fancy smancy wine bag ..... and no wine to go in it! Kind of defeats the purpose. Oh, and this was a Mother’s Day gift from my devoted husband. He did good, Porto-Vino, not so much.

Hi Ben, I am so sorry you are having difficulty with your Party Pouch. We always want to make sure our customers are happy with their PortoVino and we return every customers email so I am so sorry if we didn't see your issue. Please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of you! Generally in a case like this, what is most common is that the spout is a 2 click system. In order to remove the spout and replace it, you need to click it in 2 times. If you click it in a 3rd time, the spout will lock permanently.
