Hi Ben, I am so sorry you are having difficulty with your Party Pouch. We always want to make sure our customers are happy with their PortoVino and we return every customers email so I am so sorry if we didn't see your issue. Please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of you! Generally in a case like this, what is most common is that the spout is a 2 click system. In order to remove the spout and replace it, you need to click it in 2 times. If you click it in a 3rd time, the spout will lock permanently. Please reach out so we can make sure you can get some wine in that fancy smancy PortoVino bag of yours. So sorry for your frustration! Cheers! PortoVino Cares Team

Hi Julie, Thanks for your valued feedback. We are sorry to hear you don't like the design of the purse. The sturdier shell by design allows for the bag to stay up on its own while the party pouch' is full. Having said that we will be coming out with newer designs that will allow for a softer shell in the future. In the interim, we will reach out to you as we want you to have a fabulous PortoVino experience.. Cheers, The PortoVino Cares Team
