Absolutely one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with. When I wrote them asking why, after a week, that the bag I ordered for a friend for her birthday hadn’t shipped; they responded within 24 hours saying that they could not see why it wasn’t shipped. So they not only overnighted the bag, but threw in a bunch of extra goodies! I’ve purchased 3 bags, one for me and two as gifts. Love them!

Love this bag! I ordered one on a whim for myself and one for my sister in law. We both love them. They came in really handy for a concert we had. Shipping was fast. It has become my every day bag- it's a great size that holds everything I need, even with the pouch filled with wine. I invested in a purse organizer insert so I can find everything easily. And the silicone wine cups are great to travel with!
