We are so sorry if your pouch leaked, but we ask that you please reach out to us at [email protected] as this should not happen and we definitely want to take care of you. We generally only find leaking occurs when the bladder is not clicked in 2xs. The pouring spout has 3 clicks, if it is only clicks in 1x it is not secure enough. 2 clicks is perfect and 3 clicks will permanently lock it.
