I ordered a puffco peak pro and USPS delivered to the wrong address and wasn't much help. I reached out to PortableHookahs.com via email and they provided excellent customer service to ensure the package was replaced with their 3rd part insurance provider. I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.

THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.

Hi Benjamin, we apologize on behalf of Puffco that the vaporizer may have been defective. It is extremely rare for us to hear of issues with any Puffco merchandise as their devices are top quality. We have no outreach info from you notating the account as receiving a defective unit. With Puffco, if the unit worked for several weeks or the customer had the unit in their possession for several weeks, they require the customer to register the device with its serial number for puffco warranty support. The reason why these are standard rules for authorized Puffco dealers like us is because often issues are resolved by troubleshooting the firmware and coil connection. If this does not work, Puffco replaces the base. We work together with Puffco to ensure you are taken care of and will contact them if you provide us with your ticket number. The warranty process is standard for all authorized Puffco dealers but we do go the extra mile to contact Puffco on behalf of the customer and speed things along. We hope we can do that for you as well now that we know you are having an issue with your device. Thank you.

Phil went above and beyond making sure my order was taken care of. I’ve run into multiple issues with my banking providers, and the pros at portable hookahs made it one of the easiest transactions, even with my lack of options. Will absolutely be a return customer for any vapor needs!!
