Don't buy Porsche Assistance. We were stranded in Germany Koblenz on January 5, 2025 at 12.44 pm with our Porsche Panamera Turbo. Immediately called Porsche Assistance, which turned out to be completely incompetent. After hours of calling, waiting, making appointments, canceling appointments, we were finally towed at 4:43 PM by a company called in by Porsche Assistance. However, this company had absolutely ZERO knowledge and could not carry out the simple repair of the tire! While I had explicitly indicated on the telephone: provide a tire repair kit, if this does not work, tow and take 4 passengers with you. After all, we were standing at -2 with small children next to the highway. In the end they had to tow us in the car to the ambulance. Completely irresponsible and unsafe towing 4 people in a car on the back of an ambulance, but we had no choice. I then arranged a taxi from Koblenz home myself. This is not possible and goes beyond all limits. Porsche describes this exclusive service as fast and adequate assistance 24/7 throughout Europe. Complete bullshit. We are standing there with our 2 children at -2 garden in the cold for over 4 hours... waiting for a solution that does NOT come!!! We arranged the taxi ourselves.

I owned a 2008 Boxster S convertible that I had to total because water infiltrated the electrical panels. Porsche customer service was the worst. They were the most uncooperative group of people I have ever dealt with. If you plan to buy an older Porsche convertible, have it tested and ask for an extended guarantee against water damage. I will never purchase a Porsche product again!

Two weeks ago, I contacted the Porsche main dealer to confirm whether the warning lights displayed on the dashboard of my Porsche Taycan were related to a computer issue or a sensor malfunction. The Porsche main dealer advised me to book a checkup and informed me that I needed to bring the car in because Porsche had initiated a campaign to inspect the high-voltage system and replace Cell B in the car—a matter of concern for Porsche. I was also told that Porsche would need to keep the car for a full day to complete these checks. To my surprise, despite this being a safety recall, Porsche did not provide a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the inspection. My car is still under the Porsche guarantee, yet the main dealer's only offer was to call me a taxi. As a result, I ended up spending over £200 on taxi fares due to Porsche’s campaign. Additionally, I specifically requested that after completing the recall work, the dealership recharge the car, as I am a member of the Porsche Charging Service and needed the car fully charged to drive back home. However, I noticed that my request was completely ignored. I find it unacceptable that a brand like Porsche treats its customers in this way. When my old BMW 520D had a recall outside the guaranty, BMW provided a courtesy car for the entire day. After this experience, I feel deeply dissatisfied with Porsche and now want to avoid dealing with this type of treatment in the future.

Déçu du Centre Porsche VÉLIZY Ma recherche sur internet m'a décrit le centre Porsche a Vélizy comme le plus grand centre de FRANCE. J'ai appelé ce centre car je voulais voir différentes couleurs de carrosserie afin de m'aider dans mon choix et mon interlocuteur m'a confirmé qu'ils étaient bien le plus grand centre PORSCHE de FRANCE. Et bien qu'elle ne fut pas ma déception : j'ai pris ma journée et fait 600kms A/R, pour voir une trentaine de Porsche, et avec des coloris standard, bref que l'on voit dans les rues. En plus l'éclairage de ce centre est a "ch....r" Déçu extrêmement déçu. Ou aller en FRANCE pour voir des PORSCHES

Tienda online desastrosa. Compré 2 bolígrafos, de los cuales sólo me mandaron 1 y la factura de otro cliente. Llevo más de 2 semanas intentando que reconozcan que han tenido un fallo en el envío y que me devuelvan el dinero o me envíen el bolígrafo que falta. Para ser la marca que es, desde luego no van a mantener su fama con el servicio online.

Abbiamo acquistato nel 2023 una porsche taycan e una porsche gt3,siamo estremamente insoddisfatti delle vetture acquistate in quanto sono già arrivati diversi richiami inerenti alla sicurezza delle vetture. Noi siamo proprietari di altre Marche di veicoli e non ci siamo mai ritrovati in una situazione analoga.Noi che da sempre siamo stati appassionati porsche,a questo punto abbiamo deciso che la prossima auto sarà di marca diversa .
