I've had occasional issues with my machine and each time I reach out to popur support they help me quickly and get the issue resolved. This past time my s7 had stopped leveling. They went ahead and sent me a new motor along with a video of the instructions. Got the part a few days later and was able to get my machine up and running.

I received mine a few days ago. We have a multi cat household and it’s really a great design. We purchased a literrobot 5 pro and it constantly needed to be filled with litter and needed dumped every two days. It also constantly kicked itself off the internet making the AI worthless. We returned it and moved to this one. It works great. We especially like the feature preventing dogs from making it a buffet 🤮 with the grate covering everything. Can’t wait to see the new features when they’re turned on.

We love our Popur s7! We have been using it for about a 4 months now and it has completely taken out one of the biggest hassles in our life, and on top of that our cats love it too! Anytime we have run into issues, the customer service has taken the time to get back to us and helped to resolve the issue at hand with zero pushback. We are very proud to have a Popur S7 in our home, and I would argue, it is the best automatic litter cleaner on the market!

New S7 model had some kinks at the beginning but their consistent software updates have made it an amazing auto litter. It’s by far the best on market and works so well. The customer support is amazing and helped me debug multiple times when things were a bit offer. Do not regret doing kickstarter and likely will buy a second one when I get a second cat

I have to admit I was sceptical.. so much so I actually emailed the company to cancel before deciding to keep the order and try it out.. and wow am I glad I have done that!!! We use the s7 with fit litter and one bag lasts us a month with two cats with zero smell in the house (I’m OCD) the machine is just amazing and a total game changer, recommend the mat for Litter tracking. It took us trying 4 different types of litters before we decided on fit litter and it’s just been amazing. Highly reccomended. From changing litter daily to now once a month.. unbelievable.

We did our research. We have had ours since February 2026. We only have one cat, she took to it very well. She does still like to stalk it a bit from the top of the stairs as it’s not silent, but the sound is not too loud or irritating. The separate containment for refuse is smart, seems to minimize the odor. Very pleased, daily manual scooping for me became a chore. I just did not want to use my time to take care of it. This seemed to be a great solution, and it has been. Thank you! We highly recommend.

I was a backer of the original S5 Kickstarter, and didn’t think twice about backing the S7. Two cats have used it without hesitation. It works great with the Dr. Elsey litter. And because of the way the bags work, I can go weeks without emptying it and there’s no smell. I see people saying that the S7 has a smaller bin, but that hasn’t been my observation. I’ve never had litter spill. All in all an improvement in every way over the S5, and the S5 worked fine. I passed it along to a young friend, and their bigger, fluffier cat uses it with no issues too.

I had an issue with my Popur x5 not lighting up. I emailed customer service. I had a an email with steps that resolved the issue within hours. Very happy with the customer service.
