I bought a Popur S5 off kickstarter (before it was called that!) about 4 years ago and it still works great! So much easier to deal with cat litter, all I do is take out and replace a bag once a week (my two large cats share one and they don’t mind because it’s always clean!). My S5 needed a minor repair a couple years back but the support team walked me through it! Great customer service!

This is amazing for people with adhd. The cat always has a clean, fresh space to do its buissness.

The Popur S 7 really helped us out with our cat, who wouldn’t use any other litter box brands. Plus, it’s great at keeping the smell in. You can get the best product, but without good support, you might run into some issues. And honestly, the Popur team is some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. It’s a fantastic product with fantastic customer support!

Six months in and I LOVE my X5! It took approximately a week for all the kitties to try it, but now its the only type of litterbox I have. Even my 18 year old little lady has no issues getting into it. My heavy boy at 25lbs doesnt have an issue either. I have it set for 30 min wait time so any liquids or soft stools are ok when it cycles. The only time I smell it is when the lid opens but the smell is very short lived. I ❤️ my litterboxes!!

After using a barrell design auto-litter box for a couple years, I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to the Popur S7. It's easily accessible open-top design allows for less mess and happy cats. Not only does it get less messy, but it's also so much better to take apart and clean then my old one. A lot of the components are removable and washable, as well as a variety of replacement parts being available online. Although it comes with the 5mm sifter, it was well worth upgrading to the 10mm to allow for chunky litter if that's your thing. I did have trouble with the used litter sticking in the corners after a while, however the Popur team kindly sent an updated liner through to try. Customer service is great, the Popur team have been very responsive to any emails or messages I have sent through. At this current stage there still is a development process while they iron out a couple kinks, such as the available features (weight tracking, etc), which is a bit of a pain waiting for, however has tons of potential. The app itself is great, with tons of customisation available to find the settings best suited for you. Definitely a step up from my previous setup, which was very basic. Whether you want scheduled, automatic or manual cleans- theres options available for everyone. Sifting rake, bin modes, frequency of tilt- all options are easily customisable through the updated app. Overall reasonably happy with the S7 litter box so far. Keen to see what the Popur team bring with further updates and products.

This is truely a great system, we use it with fit litter and it’s fantastic, the wee and poo are seperate and we go the whole month without changing anything for our two cats! I was so sceptical I almost cancelled my order and it took a few different litters to get it working for us but now I’ll never use anything else. We have the s7

I love the Popur X5 - it has been an absolute no-fuss, time saver. I have just purchased another one to replace another system I have from another company which has been problematic. Customer service is prompt and they are really nice to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is the second litter robot we tried and we're absolutely delighted. Cleans well, no odor, and all three cats love it. I especially appreciate the exterior waste receptacle! So much easier!
