Great product when it works, terrible customer services so far
We were so happy with ours until 3 months of using it lightly it stopped charging. I have completed their customer services form on the website twice now and have heard nothing back. Really disappointed as we’d love to Cary on using it. Great product when it works, terrible customer services so far

SCAMMER ALERT: DO NOT BUY IN USA
Do NOT purchase this product if in the United States, if you read the fine print in their return policy, you will see they take no responsibility for packages that arent delivered. In the Northeast US, they use a "final mile" courier, PCF Corp, that with a simple google search is clearly non-existent, and nothing but a fraudulent scam. I spent over $200 with this company, I waited a month for my order to come, watching the shipping regularly. They claim a delivery attempt was made at 1:30 AM, and that the package was unable to be delivered because their fake courier went to a different apartment complex. Poooli claims they were told it was delivered and they arent responsible, despite even the tracking showing it wasnt delivered, and I have recorded conversations with their fake third party courier telling me it wasnt delivered, nor even attempted. Despite repeated attempts on each and every communication platform provided, Poooli has not since responded other than that in a week now, has not refunded me, and I have been scammed for over $200 by both companies. Save yourself the headache, and dont do it!
**UPDATE: Poooli conveniently replied a few days after I spent a week having to get police involved etc and chased it down myself, since it was pretty clear that if I didn't I wasn't getting my money back. To no surprise, they emailed me after replying to this review falsely (in the same place I tried to contact them repeatedly) and apologized and offered 'a paper roll' as a sign of goodwill and also said management would also be reaching out to make it right via email...LOL. Again, after I responded, they again have disappeared and not even followed thru..no "management" contact either. Horrid customer service. Atleast the printer is great, and paper can be purchased thru other more reliable/better companies.

I double checked the history of our conversations with you and it seems that you have been talking to different customer support representatives through different channels over the past couple of days (facebook, email, instagram, etc...) which may have caused some confusion within the team and ultimately it took much longer than usual to process your inquiries. I really like the little Poooli…
I really like the little Poooli printer! The only problem I have is with the sticker paper that I bought. It is nearly impossible to remove (peel off) the backing so you can expose the sticky part of the paper and use it without having to use glue. It will NOT separate and I ended up ripping some prints because it won't come apart. Please invent a better system for sticker paper - it is really annoying. Thanks!

Bad service!
I never received my poooli, I ordered back in November 2020, in late December I received an email stating that it was delivered to wrong address and will be shipped back to the warehouse. I following up by asking for refund, when it got back to the warehouse I would get a refunded. Waited until February still no emails in regards unless I followed up, still not back at warehouse no refund. Emailed back in April now stating they only offer replacements not refunds! What a joke and waste of money
