Dear Patty, We are very sorry to hear about your bad experience with PoooliPrint. As well as with shipping delivery. If you lived in the USA normally orders are shipped from our US warehouse in New Jersey. However, if the item(s) are sold out/out of stock then it will be shipped from our international warehouse in Asia. Your package got shipped with free shipping (3-10 business days) and some of the packge got delivered longer due to the logistics companies encounters issues along the way. As per our records, it shows that our team already helped you out with your 1st issue as well as creating a replacement for those missing item(s). It's sad that you are still having the same issue with your replacement order. While we try our best to make sure this doesn’t happen, sometimes our team slips up and puts the wrong item in the package or misses an item! Please email us back so that we can have it refunded back to you or process a replacement. Also, we would like to compensate you for the trouble and inconvenience caused with 30$ store credit.
