Hi Dayna, I am ever sorry to hear about your bad experience with PoooliPrint for the late response as we received a high influx of emails and inquiries. As well as with shipping delivery. If you lived in Australia normally orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse warehouse is Czech Republic, Europe. However, if the item(s) are sold out/out of stock then it will be shipped from our international warehouse in Asia. Your package got shipped with free shipping (9-15 Business Days) and some of the package could take longer to be delivered especially if the shipping companies encounter issues along the way. Which is out of our contol. I'll inform the agent that handle your email so that it will be resolved as soon as possible. Also, we will be providing you a gesture of goodwill. Simply reply to the agent that will contact you regarding this issue. We at Poooliprint pride ourselves on our (Products and Services) and the high-quality standards we maintain. We would like to make things right. We want to make this right because we value your business. If you have further questions don’t hesitate to reach out, we love to help!
