I ordered a test kit from you instead of my normal retailer because you STATED you had it in stock and it came faster. Then it took longer than advertised to send my order. I made several phone calls over the a few days to inquire but could not get through. Getting on the list to get a call back was not successful either. I finally called the moment your store opened and was answered. I was told it was a warehouse issue and would receive a call back. That never happened but I received a shipping email 2 days later. The actual shipping and transit took a while too. Order was placed May 30, and received June 11. This would be my own fault: I came to you to order a Hayward K-2006 salt FAS-DPD. What I got was a K-2005 Complete. I am assuming I didn’t see the discrepancy when I ordered. Ok, I’ll deal with that and use it. However, when I opened the case, the instructions on the inside of the lid did not match what was in the kit. I have used Taylor test kits for years, so I know I’m not misunderstanding something. I got on your website to see your return policies and, well, you guys know best how discouraging that was. So…I’ll just use the bottles I can with my old kit and order what else I need from Amazon. All this to say, I will not be ordering from you in the future nor recommending you to any of my fellow pool owners. Thank you for your time

Still no customer service. This is my follow up review. Good luck finding my first one. It seems to have been deleted. My first review was about my pool pump failure and their guarantee it would arrive that Saturday. It did not and they were told on that Friday not to ship but they did anyway. They will not answer the phone number listed or return messages. They lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charge stating I had received the pump. Did not mention they agreed to have it delivered that Saturday and were told to cancel order on that Friday due to it had not even shipped. Their response to my first review acknowledged they did not ship on time but still will not refund my money or contact me about a pump I do not need due to the fact I had to buy one locally that Saturday. This company does not have any customer service at all. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Watch for the reply. My bet they will say something AI generated to appear they will learn from this and their team will be better in the future. But will not reach out or attempt to correct this failure

Regarding your order, we sincerely apologize that the pump did not arrive within the timeframe you were expecting. The order was placed on May 12 and delivered on May 19. Unfortunately, by the time the cancellation request was made, the order had already been processed by our warehouse and could no longer be stopped from shipping. We are sorry if that was not clearly communicated at the time. While we understand you purchased a replacement locally due to the delay, the pump ordered from us was delivered. Because of that, we could not agree with the chargeback claim that the item was never received. However, we have continued working with you on a return and refund solution. Our records show that the return process has been initiated so that once the pump is returned, the appropriate refund can be issued. We are forwarding your review to our customer service management team for further review. We genuinely regret the frustration this situation has caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
