Very happy with the price and timely service that was provided with our purchase. I searched everywhere on the Internet to find what I needed and the best price. I was skeptical, but made the purchase. Very satisfied. Will keep the website as a favorite and make it my first choice in my search for future pool supplies.

The product was excellent and price was extremely competitive. There were constant communications from the company, in terms of receiving the order, shipping the order, tracking number. The product was shipped out promptly and delivered to my home extremely fast.

When looking to find a replacement salt cell, because the pool stores wanted outrageous prices, I was excited to find Poolsupplyworld.com. Not only did they have my exact salt cell replacement, but I saved a lot of money. The owner spent a lot of time to make sure the part would work perfectly, and it did work fine. He was very patient and answered all my questions, and was very pleasant. The Cell comes with a two-year warrantee, which is very important. Thank you for great deal and I am very satisfied. Ron S

Wonderful price and service from this company. My turtle got here very quickly and was very well packed. He's spinning in the pool as we speak. Thanks!

Started out on the website which was well laid out but decided to call to get some advice from a real person. The call was picked up right away and the customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right item for the pool setup I had. He offered to place the order for me rather than me having to fill it out on-line and sent me a followup email with a significant rebate! I have not received customer service that impressed me in a good way it quite some time - you folks are wonderful!

My chlorinator cell died and I purchased a Hayward Goldline Replacement Cell for my Aqua Rite Chlorinator (T-CELL15). The price was the best that I could find on the web and it was delivered overnight. I installed it myself in less that 20 minutes. I definitely will purchase what I need for my pool from Pool Supply World in the future.

I was hesitating to purchase an non-OEM salt cell from an online reseller, due to the potential issues and having to deal with returns. Poolsupplyworld.com was great - excellent price, quick delivery, product that works as advertised, and corteous service with personal follow up. I will certainly use this pool supply web store again.
