Terrible company - can't even give a quote after 6 weeks of sending details!

Should have read the reviews ahead of time before purchasing. I paid expedite shipping and didn't receive a confirmation email. When I tried to check status on their site, it just says processing in warehouse. When I called to cancel (took forever to get through) she said she'd cancel with a 10% cancellation fee. Based on these reviews, I'm betting that's how they make their money. . . on fees. . .because no one is please with their products or services.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . .SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE!!!!!

I’m filing a complaint about your company! On July 19th we ordered The above pool liner and paid for expedited shipping and processing! Yesterday I called CUSTOMER SERVICE and spoke with Clark, who stated for some unknown reason it was still sitting in the warehouse he was going to contact them personally to get the pool liner shipped and my husband would have an email confirmation close of business yesterday! This did not happen I called again to DJ and spoke with Clarissa who again stated it was still sitting in the warehouse! I responded that this was not acceptable considering the fact that we had paid for expedited shipping and were told at the time we ordered that we would have the liner within 3 to 5 business days. Hope your customer service agents were not very friendly and didn’t seem like they caredThat we have been waiting to get our liner! At this time I told her to proceed to cancel our order and a full refund to my husbands account which had better be done within the next 24 Hours otherwise I will be filing a complaint with my states attorney general office as well as the Better Business Bureau! After reading some reviews online about your company it’s no wonder that we have gone through this experience, we will never ever shop your company again and I will be posting online reviews anywhere I can find to let people know how poor your company is!

The worst experience i have ever had with a company takes Forever for them to ship it and this Albert clown is very rude and no help at all never again will i order from them! Wish i would have read the reviews before i ordered don't make the same mistake i did shop somewhere else!

I paid to have my order rushed... after a couple weeks I reached out only to be told that it's 18 days rather than 21 days to be shipped from the warehouse, but if I'd like he can refund me the rush fee and restart my order all over from day one. Here I am a month out from order and there has been no update, no movement of my order whatsoever. The person I talked to was condescending, passive aggressive, and extremely rude. Save yourself a LOT of trouble and DO NOT ORDER from here!!!! Here I am THIRTY BUSINESS DAYS from ordering (June 27th or 28th) and STILL NOTHING! I contacted him again a week ago and said I wanted a refund... he told me that I was rude and he was going to charge me to cancel it and that I owe him an apology or he wouldn’t do anything. Still no product. Still no refund of any kind!!!

This has got to be the WORST COMPANY EVER!! Customer service SUCKS!! Do Not Order from here. You will never get it. And have to email for weeks & hope to get a refund. Then u have to get BBB involved for that.

Really bad experience. I ordered a pool liner and they fabricated the liner wrong. Of course, I verified everything several times and finally understood that one section was cut wrong during manufacturing. I even made a video where I measured the liner itself and basically proved that they made a mistake. They simply ignored my video, pictures, calculations, etc and just told me that this would be my problem, no returns even when they massed it up. Worst customer experience ever.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM AND THEN TOLD ME ALL SALES ARE FINAL... Also didnt receive a receipt of purchase when I ask for one they told me to check my spam... no receipt no proof of my purchase which is not what I got. Now stuck with a pool liner that I have no use for. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO.
