So I had originally posted a scathing review on these guys - mostly based on a lack of response to my questions on my order. I placed an or on May 23, After several days I didn't hear anything, and then I got a response that there were delays due to Covid, etc...Then I read these reviews and figured - we'll I guess I'm screwed. Then I sent a few more messages, and on June 18 my new liner showed up. So that's 18 business days. I'm noticing all the compliant are sandwiched around the last 30 or so day. The liner is once. Good quality. I think it's a little deeper than 48 inches, but I was able to make it work. Anyway I'm revising my previous reviews. There are work from home restrictions, and I know - and so does anyone that owns or wants to purchase a pool that this it's a little impossible to get a pool guy right now, and if you do they are gouging you on pricing. Everyone want a pool for the "Summer of Covid". These guys are probably slammed. Cutting them some slack due to unusual circumstances.
