Pool DealsReviews of pooldeals.com

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!!!!! Ordered a closing kit what I got was a joke!!!!! After waiting for 3 weeks to get it. Even canceled the order but of course they couldn't guarantee that would happen. Their idea of a closing kit is a bag of shock and a little bottle of winter solution. Wouldn't winterize a kiddie pool!!!! What a scam!!! Never see my business again!!! What a rip off!!! Like the other stated if I could of gave a zero I would have.

If I could give a -10 I would. This company is awful to say the least. What a joke. I ordered a cover on the 14th of August, and I have not received it yet. When I go to the website, it says I do not even have an order pending. SO, I call customer service and I all get is lip service. I was told it would be shipped last week ( 08-10-20). So still waiting, called again today, and wow it won't ship until next Monday. The 21st. Really. This last guy I talked to was a real jerk. I will NEVER order from you people again. This was paid for back on the 14th of August. Usually payment is not taken until the product is shipped. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever get this cover. So if I want to cancel this order, you will charge me a restocking fee? It wasn't even there so how can you do this? And this way of contacting you.....doesn't work. I sent two messages a week ago, and low and behold no one has responded to me yet. I would like a Manager to call me ASAP. We will see how long it takes for me to receive a phone call. I do not think you care about customers at all. You take the money, and you could care less about customer service! Do not ever order from this company.

We purchased a winter pool cover from pooldeals.com it came with two warranties. One said 10 yrs the other 15 yrs. After less than two years the lid is falling apart. We called Pooldeals to get some help to replace it on the warranty. Nothing but a run around and no calls returned. Called the warranty company Midwest canvas same thing. We are now stuck with a cover that will no longer serve its purpose. DO NOT BUY FROM POOLDEALS.COM!

DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!!!!! THEY NEVER SHIP YOU THE PRODUCTS!!! I called 2 times was told another week, then told several weeks before it will even ship out.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a new liner for my pool in May of 2020. They instantly took the money from my account. For three months I’ve contacted them about my order only to be told it shipped. I tried to track the FedEx shipment information provided and it had never shipped. The only thing they had done was printed the label. Then I contact them for the seventh time since placing my order to be told my product was now out of stock. I asked to cancel my order And receive a refund. I was then told we will try but CAN NOT guarantee we will be able to. Seriously worst company with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Now 4 months into this nightmare buying experience I still do not have a pool liner or a refund. Totally disgusted with this company!!

If I could give this company a zero I would. It is the worst business I've dealt with online. their customer service was very rude to me. They didn't ship my product when stated. When I tried to cancel the order, I was told I couldn't because they'd just shipped it. Now summer is over and I have a product I cannot use.

waited 2 months for a solar cover that had an irregular cut about 8 inches too narrow for about 14 feet on one side .sent them pics of it before i installed . they refused to credit or replace the cover.. very dishonest & unprofessional company . worst customer service i have ever had ! i should have read all the negative reviews . BUYER BEWARE !

This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. I ordered a pool, filter, and everything else I needed to set up a pool for the first time. Everything I ordered showed to be in stock and would ship within a week. 3 months later and many angry messages back and forth, I have received all of the things I ordered except the pool and filter. They kept telling me that it was delayed a few weeks. After those few weeks, it happened to be delayed another few weeks. While all this was happening, they were shipping the extra stuff I had ordered. Liner, cleaning supplies, wall foam, etc. About $1000 worth of supplies. Now that they've sent me everything else, and will not let me return them, they canceled my pool and filter without me asking. So now I've got a ton of stuff for a pool I don't have. Do not do business with these people. I wish i had done my due diligence before I did. Absolutely makes me sick that companies like this exist in the US. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
