This company is the worst! They won't give me an estimated shipping time but yet they were very quick to take my money without shipping a product. They are so rude and just reiterate that it could take 10-20 days to ship - nothing on their website about charging you before it ships! I think they are scammers!!

This company makes their money on cancellation fees and restocking fees. Do not order anything

I would give them a ZERO if I could! I ordered a pool cover that came with chemicals to close the pool. Well after waiting forever for the pool cover I get it with no chemicals! I chatted with them and they told me sorry but they sold out of the chemicals so I won’t be getting them! I told them that was the whole reason I ordered this from them and would like a discount of some sort. The customer service people were so rude and told me the chemicals are technically free so I’m not getting anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB because they never notified me these products were out of stock and they are still advertising them on their site. This company is a SCAM!!

My rating is ZERO, still waiting after two MONTHS for our pool cover. It is now October and temps are in the 30s. This place sucks bigtime, took our money and didn’t ship product. You will NEVER get customer service on the phone. I will be filing a complaint with our states attorney general for fraud

Horrible company. Ordered a pillow with attachment kit. Took three weeks to get to me and then it was incomplete and had a hole and burn mark. When I chatted with them they told me there would be a restocking fee for a defective incomplete order. They said I could return it at my expense for replacement. Well today my return came back they refused it. I will contact my credit card company. I repeat Pool Deals is AWFUL!

This number should of been in the negative! I have never worked with a terrible company before . I ordered a pool cover on Aug9 and a expansion pillow . I got the pillow but still waiting on the cover . It’s one excuse after the next why it isn’t here. Forgot to mention it’s Sept 27th now. I should of known better than to go and try to do business with these clowns . They sent an note back that they will cancel the order when I had never requested for it to be canceled . They claim they are only open Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 2pm for off season hours . You try to call them and nobody answers . It’s some damn recording . This place had to be a BIG BIG SCAM . If I don’t get my product by oct 3 . I will be getting ahold of my bank and lawyer to get my money back .

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a winter cover August 12 and after 5 phone call, hours of waiting on hold and 4 different delivery dates, I have cancelled my order. They took my money instantly but have given me every excuse as to why my order cannot ship. Their response to me asking why they have given all these excuses, well cancel your order. That is exactly what I did. I hope they credit me as quick as they took my money but probably not.
